Enjoy “Art in Bloom,” a pop-up gallery hosted by The Garrett Museum of Art, Friday, April 2, from 5-8 p.m. at the Buchtel House in Auburn, IN. The gallery continues on Saturday, April 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Daren Redman of Nashville, Ind., will represent for Indiana Artisan, with exquisite textile art and her own mix of handmade dyes. Other participating Indiana Artisans include:
- Sharon and Jessica Bussert, also of Nashville, Ind., showing framed, black-and-white flower photography.
- Chef Jeff Bricker, owner of Brick House Vinaigrettes in Greenwood, Ind., sampling healthy kick salad dressings.
- David VanWye, founder of Amazing Hazel’s in Marion, Ind., sampling his zesty Bloody Mary Mix.
The Buchtel House is located at 217 W. 7th St., in Auburn. Unique offerings at the pop-up gallery include a wide range of original art, such as oil and acrylic paintings, photography, jewelry, hand-crafted journals, ceramics, raku pottery, notecards, soaps, mugs and bowls, wood-burned art, paper quilling and more.
